We do not provide free return shipping. We do provide pre-paid return shipping labels however, in order to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices day-in-day-out, we need to charge a $5 return fee to help cover return shipping & handl

What items are non-returnable/exchangeable?

Items are not eligible for return if they are marked as final sale, worn, washed, the tags have been removed, or they are damaged.

What items can be returned/exchanged ?

Items are returnable/exchangeable if purchased from 32Degrees.com within 45 days from the ship date.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Any items marked as final sale are not eligible.

What if I send back an item that was not eligible for return?

Items not authorized for a return/exchange will not be refunded.  If you want these returned to you, we ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Do you offer an extended return/exchange policy for the Holidays?

Yes, we do! Orders placed between November 1, and December 31, of their respective year, will qualify for our 60-day (from the ship date) Holiday Return Policy.

Can I cancel a return or exchange that I started on the return platform?

If you haven't taken your return to the post office yet, we can cancel it for you. Just email us at [email protected], and we'll help you out.

I can't print my return shipping label; can you mail it to me?

We can't mail you a shipping label for your return. However, some USPS locations might have printers, but it's not guaranteed. We suggest checking out local libraries, office supply stores, or print shops instead.
