- Visit www.32degrees.com
- Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on “Returns & Exchanges”
- Click on the "Returns & Exchanges Portal" link in the article.
- Enter your order number AND email or shipping zip code in the text box under “Returns & Exchanges".
- Click on “Start a Return"
This will direct you to a page where you will be able to see all the items you purchased with the order number you used to log in.
6. Choose the items you would like to return or exchange
- Choose the item(s) you would like to return & select cause of return.
- Item was too small
- Item was too large
- Changed mind
- Not what I expected
*Please note, if you’re unable to click an item to return this means it's not eligible for a return or an exchange. The reasons for an item not being eligible for a return is the item is final sale, its past 45 days of purchase (return policy), the items have shipped but not arrived at its destination. *
- Once you select the cause of return, if you would like to proceed with an exchange click on "Exchange for new color or size" and choose the color and size you would like.
- If you would like to proceed with a return, click on "Return Item" as the bottom of the page.
After these steps are done, you will be directed back to the product page where you will be able to see all the items you purchased with the order number you used to log in.
- If you want to return/exchange more items from your order, follow steps 6-9 again. If you're finished, click on "Continue with return" at the bottom of the page.
- Once you're done choosing the items you would like to return/exchange, you will be directed to the "Review your return" page where you will see your return summary + print your shipping label.
- If everything looks good, click "Submit Return". Should you need to make any revisions or do not want to move forward with the return, click “Go back”
Please advise, if you would like to exchange multiple items from your order, please be sure to submit all items within a single transaction. Otherwise, you will not receive your full exchange order.
