How do I start a return/exchange?Updated 5 days ago

All returns/exchanges are done through our return portal which can be found at the bottom of our website under RETURNS & EXCHANGES, or you can click here to start a return or an exchange.

• We offer pre-paid shipping labels through our Returns & Exchange Portal. 
• A $5 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the return shipping cost.
• Exchanges of the same item are not subject to the $5 return fee.
• Shipping costs and additional promo codes will not be refunded. 
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 45-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect after your return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse. 

Please advise, if you would like to exchange multiple items from your order, please be sure to submit all items within a single transaction. Otherwise, you will not receive your full exchange order. If you would like to RETURN items from multiple orders, please be sure to submit one return request per order and use all labels provided or you will not receive your refund.
