- Items can be returned/ exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
- We only offer exchanges on different colors or sizes of the original style(s) purchased
- Exchanges can only be made once, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags included
- Items marked as final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange
- It can take up to 5-14 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return
- We will not accept items with dirt, stains, hair, etc. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed
