Is there no ETA for your package?

If you're wondering where your package is and there is no estimated time of arrival (ETA), please double-check the shipping method on your order to determine how it will be shipped.

Shipping Methods (as listed on your emailed order confirmation):

Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders will always be shipped via UPS and will have a UPS tracking number.
Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping orders may be transferred from UPS to USPS. When a UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations package is transferred, it means that the package has been handed over to USPS for final delivery to your doorstep. Please note, because the package is being transferred to USPS, there may be an alternate USPS tracking number. The package will be sent to a UPS sorting facility and then transferred to a UPS receiving facility closer to the destination, which takes 1-4 business days. Once there, it will either be placed on a UPS truck for delivery or be transferred to USPS. This process can take 2-7 business days, depending on the package's destination and existing UPS routes. If the package is sent to USPS for final delivery, it can spend a couple extra days in transit.

If your shipping method is Standard Shipping, please follow the steps below to determine if your package is shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations.

5. Click on "Shipment Details"

6. On this page, you can see this particular package was shipped UPS Mail Innovations

7. Go to USPS's tracking website and copy and paste the alternate tracking number

8. If there is no update or status on USPS.com, this simply means UPS has not transferred the package to USPS yet.
