UPS/USPS - How to sign up for shipment updatesUpdated 2 months ago

Send status updates of your shipment to yourself and others by text or email by following the instructions below:

UPS

1. On the tracking page click on “Get Updates” 

2. Select "For This Delivery Only"

3. Select what types of updates you’d like to receive and how, choose the language and enter your email or phone number

4. Click “Done”

USPS

1. On the tracking page, scroll down and click on “Text & Email Updates”

2. Select what types of updates you’d like to receive and how

3. Enter the name & email address where you’d like to receive updates on your package

4. Check off the “Terms & Conditions” box 

5. Click “Get Updates”
